Who is covered by this warranty?
iCircle guarantees spare parts products and services performed by technicians only to service customers whose names are listed on the receipt or service invoice. This limited warranty does not apply if it has passed the time limit as stated on the receipt or invoice.
What does this warranty cover?
This limited warranty guarantees that the services performed by iCircle technicians are free from defects in terms of: Spare parts (spare parts that are replaced are free from physical defects and function normally when used under normal conditions) Work services (work services are carried out correctly according to procedures) which should)
How long does this warranty last
This limited warranty is valid for 90 – 360 days from the date of collection or return of the unit whichever occurs first. Follow-up service which is a repair service will not repeat the warranty period.
What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not apply under the following conditions: Damage to spare parts caused by improper use of the unit, customer negligence (not performing regular service according to unit guidelines), and external factors (accidents, floods, fires) Work services that are carried out directly with technicians without ordering are carried out through the iCircle platform (Website, Instagram, Whatsapp). This includes if the customer orders service and in the field there are additional services performed by the technician without authorization from the official iColor office. Damage to spare parts caused not related to the service that the customer ordered. Component damage that has occurred before the iCircle technician performs the service, and is only known when or after the service is carried out. The service is carried out through the iCircle platform but spare parts are provided from the customer. Please note if the customer claims a warranty against a damage , and after checking it was damaged If the service is not covered by the iCircle warranty, the customer will be charged for the service or inspection that has been carried out.
How to make a warranty claim ?
To make a claim against the limited warranty, customers can directly contact our customer care at the contact listed on the website. To make a claim, the customer is also required to provide a receipt or invoice that was obtained during service.
